3-4 Hour Workshop

This is a more in depth workshop covering Breathing & Recovery.  This includes more detailed lectures, multiple breathing exercises & multiple rounds in the sauna & ice. This workshop can optionally include a pool or land workout.  

 

In this workshop participants will learn the science of breathing, assess their breathing and learn specific exercises to improve their personal breathing. They will experience a guided breathing session where they explore a variety of different breathing techniques & experience the sauna & ice with lecture, instruction & coaching.

 

They will experience the benefits firsthand of decreasing stress and anxiety, increased energy and accelerated recovery. This workshop can be tailored to include a pool workout or other movement/workout.

 

The group will process at the end and have an opportunity to ask questions.
